延迟投饵对瓦氏黄颡鱼仔鱼存活、摄食和生长的影响

摘  要: 以瓦氏黄颡鱼仔鱼为研究对象,将其分为15个处理组,每组200尾(各设3个平行组),分别在孵化后3、4、5、6、7.8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15和16d开始投喂大型涵,第15组为饥饿组,从不投饵。水温24.5~25.5℃,实验周期为30d。结果表明:(1)孵化后3d的瓦氏黄颡鱼仔鱼初次摄食,15日龄不能建立外源性营养的仔鱼进入PNR期,卵黄囊已耗尽。混合营养期持续4.12h。(2)瓦氏黄颡鱼仔鱼在不同饥饿阶段初次摄食率的变化为:开始较低,此后迅速上升,在4~10日龄达到高峰,最高初次摄食率为100%,此后逐步下降。(3)延迟5天投饵对瓦氏黄颡鱼仔鱼的存活率影响不显著,延迟6d投饵瓦氏黄颡鱼仔鱼的存活率随延迟投饵天数的增加而降低。延迟6d投饵,瓦氏黄颡鱼仔鱼的体长增长率随延迟投饵天数的增加而降低。 The effects of delayed feeding to the survival, feeding and growth of Pelteobagrus vachelli larvae were examined in the experiment. The larvae were divided into fifteen groups, each with 200 inds ( three parallels). The initial feeding began 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 days after the larvae were hatched out and the diet was Daphnia magna (0.5 mm). Another group was designed as the hungry group, i.e. never fed. The water temperature was 24.5 - 25.5 ℃ and the experimental period was 30 days. Results indicated that: ( 1 )larvae firstly fed 3 days post-hatch, arrived the point of no return (PNR) at 15 days old, its yolk exhausted at 13 days of age, its mixed feeding stage lasted for 4- 12 h. The PNR of larvae was two days after yolk exhaustion. (2)The initial feeding rate was lower, then rapidly increased to the peak, lasted 7 days, after that, it progressively decreased. The highest initial feeding rate was 100%. (3)The survival and growth rates were not affected when the initial feeding was at the age of 5 days, and then, decreased with increasing of delayed feeding time.
