摘　　要： 利用由1985、2000年两期TM影像解译的土地利用图,分析了福建省福清市和建阳市1985—2000年土地利用变化及其区域差异.结果表明:两地共同变化趋势是建设用地、林地增加,草地、水域减少;两地差异在于福清的耕地减少,建阳反之.土地利用变化及其影响的定量分析表明:福清土地综合利用程度高于建阳,两地土地利用系统均处于发展期.导致两地土地利用变化区域差异的主要条件有自然地理、经济发展水平、人口增长及政府决策等因素. This paper analyzed the land use changes in coastland and inland counties of Fuqing and Jianyang in Fujian during the last 15 years of the 20th century based on land use maps interpreted from TM images and supported by GIS. The results were as follows： build-up areas and timberland increased while the grassland and water areas decreased in both Fuqing and Jianyang, and the cropland decreased in Fuqing whereas it increased in Jianyang. Moreover, although the land use system was developing in both places, the land use extent in Fuqing was higher than that in Jianyang. The main driving forces for differences in regional land use changes were environment and human activities, such as economic development, population increase and governmental policy decision.
