摘 要: 采用骨架钴催化剂替代Raney-Ni催化剂,由2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶酮经胺化氢化合成2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶胺,避免了副产2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶醇的生成,得到了胺化加氢过程中钴铝合金催化剂的适宜配比和反应工艺条件。在此工艺条件下,2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶胺产率达98%以上,催化剂具有较好的稳定性。 In the preparation of 4-amino-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidine from 4-amino-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl- 4-piperidone and ammonia, Raney-Co was used as catalyst instead of Raney-Ni and the by-production of 2,2, 6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinol was avoided. The ratio of cobalt to aluminium and the reaction parameters were investigated systematically. Under optimum conditions, the yield of 4-amino-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidine is up to 98 % and the catalysts show good stability.
