兼顾可靠性和经济性的电力设备最优状态维修策略

摘  要: 针对由多种元部件组成的、难以直接得到整体可靠度的大型复杂设备,研究了兼顾可靠性和经济性的状态维修策略。首先通过故障树分析方法获取所研究的设备在未经维修时的、原始的可靠度函数,然后定量分析了状态维修次数对设备可靠度的影响。之后,分析了状态维修的经济性问题,其中包括因状态维修提高了设备可靠度而减少的故障损失和状态维修成本两个方面,二者之差即为状态维修收益。该收益为状态维修次数、状态维修时间和设备可靠度等的函数。文章所研究的兼顾可靠性和经济性的最优状态维修策略的目标就是要使该收益最大化。建立了该问题的数学模型,给出了求解方法,最后用算例作了说明。 An effort is made to develop a condition-based optimal maintenance strategy for large-size and complicated equipment with both reliability and economy taken into account. Since it is quite difficult to obtain the reliability function of complicated equipment with many components, a fault tree based method is first developed for this purpose. The effect of the condition-based maintenance on the reliability of the equipment is next investigated. Then, the economy of the maintenance scheduling is examined, and two aspects are concerned, i. e., the reduced fault outage cost as the result of the condition-based maintenance and the maintenance cost incurred. The difference between these two costs is the so-called profit gained by the maintenance. The objective of developing an optimal condition-based maintenance strategy with both reliability and economy taken into account is to maximize this profit. On this basis, a mathematical model is developed and a genetic algorithm based solving method presented. Finally, an illustrative example is served for demonstrating the proposed model and method.
