纸基高性能摩阻材料生产工艺的研究

摘  要: 研究了分别以碳纤维和芳纶纤维为增强材料,以丁腈橡胶改性酚醛树脂为基体的湿式摩阻材料的基本成型工艺。为了提高酚醛树脂等填料在材料中的留着率,保证材料的稳定性,采用添加助留剂和增大网目的等方法,并通过考察浆料的动态滤水性、滤液的Zeta电位和浊度等,优化出了以碳纤维为增强材料的抄造工艺,即疏解4000转,助留剂1用量为0.3%,助留剂2用量为20%,网目大小为220目。从碳纤维系列材料的性能分析,碳纤维含量宜在15%左右。 The basic formation process of wet friction material was studied. It was formed with two kinds of fibers, i.e. carbon fiber and aramid fiber, as reinforced respectively and with BNR modified phenolic resin as matrix, and the friction properties of friction material were also measured. In order to improve the retention of phenolic resin, as filler, and to ensure the stability of material components, the retention agents and bigger mesh were used, the dynamic filtering property, Zeta potential and consistency of filtrate were measured. The best retention of the resin and fine panicles in the system occurred when the zeta potential was near zero. The forming process with carbon fiber were mixing rotation 4000, retention aids 1 was 0. 30%, 2 was 20%, the net 220. And the friction materials obtain good properties with 15% of the carbon fiber content.
