摘　　要： 针对虚拟运营企业信息化程度偏低、信息化建设亟待加强等问题,提出了虚拟运营企业信息化建设的基本框架。给出了虚拟运营企业的信息化战略及目标、信息化建设的部分关键技术,并提出了基于全光纤网络及分布式数据库的解决方案,研究得出了虚拟运营企业信息化建设架构、步骤及发展前景。其成果对于我国虚拟运营企业信息化建设将具有重要的参考意义和价值。 In order to improve the informatization construction in virtual operation enterprises, this paper proposes a framework for the construction, for which strategies, aims and key technology are discussed. The paper presents a solution that is based on full-optical-fibre networks and distributed database systems, with the frame for the construction, the implementation steps and the outlook of construction, which are helpful for virtual operation enterprises in China to conduct informatization construction.
