摘 要: 针对钢丝绳探伤检测中的数据存储,提出了一种用单片机实现USB移动存储控制的方案。设计了一个系统,它实现了把现场检测的模拟信号转换成可以被移动存储器识别的数字信号,自动在存储器中建立文件,存储检测数据,并在检测到断丝时作出报警。给出了关键电路的连线图,简要说明了软件设计。现场检测结果表明系统符合工况要求。 A design to store data into USB memory is presented , and this process is controlled by single-chip microcomputer. In addition, a system is given , which can convert analog signals to digital signals, create files by itself, store data, and give alarm when broken wire is detected. Meanwhile, the circuit diagram and software development are also involved. Finally, an experiment is implemented whose results show the system can be used in practice.
