摘 要: 法律基础课是高职院校思想品德课的重要组成部分,其课程性质决定了其教学任务在于提高大学生的法律意识、法制观念和法律素质。本文主要是结合教学实践系统分析了法律基础课程教学中存在的问题,并依据现实情况,结合具体教学实践提出了相应对策,藉以提高教学质量、增强教学效果。 Preliminary knowledge of law is one of important political courses for higher vocational institutions. The aim is to imporve the college students' legal consciousness, legal concept and legal quality, The article mainly discusses the problems the teaching of Preliminary knowledge of lam, and puts foreword some countermeasures in order to improve teaching quality and strengthen teaching effect.
