摘　　要： 并购是实现企业快速成长的有效途径,是企业发展的一大战略性选择。并购除了正确的战略作指导、优秀的企业文化作保证外,还必须有健康运行的企业结构。本文对企业结构进行了界定,提出了企业结构模型,并围绕该模型论述了并购企业结构整合管理。 Merger ＆ acquisition is an effectual approach to achieve the fast growth of enterprises and is the great strategic choice of enterprises development. Besides the guidance of correct strategy and guarantee of excellent enterprise culture, merger ＆ acquisition still must have healthfully running frameworks of enterprises. Because framework of enterprises decide its efficiency, the integration management of merger ＆ acquisition enterprises is the supporting condition of realizing success of integration of enterprises. Therefore, this article defined meaning of framework of enterprises, put forward the pattern of it, moreover, illustrated the framework integration management of merger ＆ acquisition enterprises.
