摘　　要： 人性化管理理论有东西方两个思想渊源。正确认识人性是人性化管理的前提。人性化管理是融合人本主义、科学主义与文化主义,以人本主义为核心价值和主流理念的管理模式。 Humanistic management theory has two ideological sources ： the orient and the occident. A correct understanding of human nature is the premise of humanistic management. Humanistic management is a mode of management which integrates humanism, scientism and cuhuralism and considers humanism as its core value and mainstream concept.
