摘 要: 培养创新人才是新世纪高校人才培养的目标。然而,传统教育模式、陈旧的教学内容及教学体系、中国文化传统惯性等因素严重制约着大学生创新能力的培养。为了实现培养创新人才这一目标,我们需要树立新的人才培养观,深化教育改革,构建高校创新型人才培养模式。因此,需要采取切实有效的人才培养手段增强大学生的创新能力,如创新课程,改革课堂教学方法和教学手段,强化实践教育,创新载体以及提高高校教师综合素质等等。 Training innovative talent is the goal of higher education in new century. However, traditional educational mode, old teaching, contents and teaching system, Chinese traditional culture inertia, seriously restrict the training of the innovative ability of students. To train the innovative talents, we should set up new idea of talents training, reform education mode widely and build new educational mode. Therefore, we should use some effective methods to improve students' innovative ability, for example, to innovate course, reform teaching methods and means, intensify practice education, reform cartier and improve the comprehensive qualities of the college teachers.
