摘 要: 本文在调研基础上考察了武汉中百的业态转型过程。从案例分析中可以看出:坚持一业为主,实现零售业态的成功转型、对公司当前战略所需资源的清醒认识、围绕主业,培育核心竞争优势是武汉中百成功实现业态转型的重要原因。 The paper study the process of format transformation of Wuhan Zhongbai Group. Some conclusions were founded by case study: insisfibg on retailing business and transforming retail format successful, clear- headed realization of resources for current strategy, cultivating core competitive advantage are the most import reasons of Wuhan Zhongbai Group's success.
