摘　　要： 目的观察Ginaton(金纳多)和Duxil(都可喜)治疗感音神经性耳聋的效果。方法采用随机分组法,观察治疗组(给予金纳多和都可喜)和对照组(使用复合维生素B和维生素C)各50例,疗程30天;治疗前后检测纯音听阈并观察副作用。比较两组间总有效率和副作用的差异。结果治疗组总有效率为32%(16/50),与对照组的12%(6/50)相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组均无严重副作用。结论金纳多和都可喜对治疗感音神经性耳聋具有一定的疗效。 Objective To observe the curative effect of Ginaton and Duxil on sensorineural deafness. Methods 100 patients were divided randomly into two average groups：treatment group（used Ginaton and Duxil） and comparison group （used Vitamin B Compound and Vitamin C）, taking a 30-day medication; differences of pure-tone audiometry results and possible side effects between two groups were observed and compared before and after medication. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 32% （16/ 50） , significantly higher than that of 12% （6/50） in the comparison group （P〈0.05）. There were no severe side effects in both groups. Conclusion The curative effect of Ginaton and Duxil on sensorineural deafness was better than that of Vitamin B Compound and Vitamin C.
