摘　　要： 本文应用层状结冰方式,对中药抗病毒口服液的稀液进行了冷冻浓缩实验,并用高效液相色谱对实验结果进行分析。实验结果表明,层状结冰方式的冷冻浓缩可达到较好的分离效果。 The oral antivirus decoction （a kind of Chinese herb decoction） was concentrated by process of freeze concentration in this paper, and the useful component （phillyrin） of concentrated solution was measured by high performance of liquid chromatograph （HPLC）. It was found that the process of freeze concentration is possible to concentrate Chinese herb decoction.
