摘　　要： 在改革开放新的历史条件下,我国人民内部矛盾也发生了新的变化,呈现面广、多层次、多领域、多类型纵横交错的复杂局面,又以冲突性矛盾增多,对抗性加剧为显著特点。正确处理人民内部矛盾,是构建社会主义和谐社会的主题。必须建立一个人民内部矛盾的博弈机制,建立健全利益表达机制、政策形成参与机制和适当的利益矛盾宣泄保障机制。通过博弈形成社会各阶层利益的均衡,博弈均衡的社会才是真正和谐的社会。 Presently, many new changes have taken place to the internal contractions of the people, such as the wide presentation, multiple levels and fields, etc. To deal with the internal contractions of the people is the key for the construction of harmonious society. The mechanism of chess play in the internal contradiction of the people, the mechanism of welfare distribution, the mechanism of policy - made participation should all be set up. Through chess play, the benifit attained equilibrium among all social classes. The society under a balanced chess play is s true harmonious society.
