摘 要: 主要论述了保护性耕作关键装备—2BM-9型免耕播种机的技术参数与工作原理,论述了其性能试验、可靠性试验及应用效果。通过性能试验与生产考核表明:该机各项指标均达到了设计要求,使用可靠性大于98%,调整使用方便性大于97%。经测试与调查统计知:该机对作物留茬地提高土壤含水率6%~9%,减少农田风蚀50%~80%,提高土壤有机质含量0.04%~0.08%,增加农民收入10%~15%。经过4年的推广应用,取得了良好的经济社会生态效益,对促进保护性耕作技术的实施有着重要的作用。 The author mainly stated the technical parameters and operation principle of the hinge implement of conservation tillage-2BM-9 model no-till seeder as its performance test, reliability trial and the application effect in this paper. The researchers of this project brought forth significant new idea and made a breakthrough in technology to the design of key component and overall configuration of this seeder. The result of performance test and the production assessment show that each performance index of the seeder achieves the technical requirement of design, the operational reliability is greater than 98%, and the facility for adjustment and operation is greater than 97%. The statistics by measurement and survey gives that moisture content in farmland with crop stubble left is increased by 6%-9%, the wind erosion of the farmland is reduced by 50%-80%, the organic matter content is enriched by 0.04%-0.08% and the farmer's income is increased by 20%-30%. The extension work for three has gained favorable economical, social and ecological beneficial results that will play an important role in the implementation of conservative cultivation technology.
