摘 要: 针对永济电厂2号循环流化床锅炉存在的飞灰含碳量偏高的问题,从运行和设备上进行了比较全面的分析和总结。发现给煤中较细的粒度偏多,分离器分离效率偏低,进入炉内风量偏小是主要原因。通过增加筛分装置,加强燃烧调整,飞灰含碳量明显降低,得到了预期的效果。 For the fly ash with much higher carbon of 2 # circulating fluidized bed boiler in Yongji power, a detailed analysis of the operation and devices is taken. The result to the analysis shows that, much fine coal, low efficiency separator and low amount of air supply are major reason. By adding grading device and strengthening firing adjustment, the carbon content in fly ash can be decreasing obviously.
