摘 要: 300MN模锻水压机经常需要进行批量生产,若采用手动操作,操作人员长时间重复同一套操作动作,容易疲劳甚至出现失误;还可能因为不同操作人员、不同熟练程度,从而不同程度地影响产品质量。因此针对生产实际研制了自学习控制系统,通过熟练操作人员生产一定数量的锻件进行示教,自学习控制系统在线学习形成操作知识库,自动生产时调用操作知识代替操作人员进行模锻操作。工程实践表明,该系统能很好满足生产要求。 A control system of the 300 MN die forging hydrostatic press is often in mass production. If an operator is in long opera- tion , he is easily tired and even make mistakes, so that production quality is affected. At the same time, so do different operator and different qualification. Based on real production, a self-learning control system is designed, which skilled operator products a quantity of forge pieces, a self-learning control system learns online and format knowledge base. The knowledge is used to guide product instead of operator in automated production. Real production shows that the system can meet practical request.
