摘 要: 设计了一种基于PIC16C712单片机的电动卡丁车控制器,详细介绍了控制器的硬件组成和软件程序流程。采用电子阻尼“准零流”换向技术以延长换向继电器的寿命;提出并实现了反时限过流保护技术以确保控制器、电动机、蓄电池在各种工况下安全、可靠、稳定地工作。 An electrical kart controller based on a PIC16C712 single chip microprocessor is designed. Its hardware circuit and software flow chart are introduced in detail. In order to extent the lifespan of direction alternating relays, a para-zero current technique is introduced along with electronic damp. Time-inverse over current thresholds are proposed and implemented to ensure the controller, the motor and the battery work safely, reliably and stably in various operating situation.
