摘　　要： 作为政治哲学的个人主义以抽象的个人为基础,立足于个人与国家、政府关系的视角,提倡个人相对于国家、政府的本原和终极目的的地位。其蕴含的基本价值理念有着重要的现实意义,而其缺陷只有在与集体主义价值观的融合中才能实现超越。 The individualism in political philosophy, based on the abstract individual and on the angle of the relationship between individual ,country and government,advocates the origin and status of its ultimate objective as compared with country and government. The fundamental principle of value it entails is of practical significance,whereas it will overstep its defects only when getting merged in the collectivist values.
