摘　　要： 为了加强对全国20家宁养院的网络化管理,阐述了管理的优化设计措施,介绍了在设计软件上关于分配终端权限和网站软件使用权限的一些方法和策略,使终端用户、网站用户和网站管理者达到满意的效果,实现终端和网站的权限既相对集中又相对独立,相互制约又相互均衡。 For enhancing the network management of the hospice, this paper expounds the optimization management of the hospice network, especially gives more description of methods and strategies of software design about distributing terminal software authority and web software user authority to obtain a satisfied efficiency among the terminal user, network user and network administrator. The relative centralization and the relative independence, the mutual restriction and mutual equilibrium of authority between terminal and network can he obtained.
