摘　　要： 结合水电的特点,从充分利用水电资源、优化资源配置、坚持可持续发展的战略出发,探讨了市场化环境下水电参与竞价上网的几个核心问题:最大限度地减少弃水、梯级水电站参与竞争的协调机制等,并提出了相应的解决方案。 With the advance of electricity market,hydropower will enter the market in the near future and participate in electric power bidding under the principle of equity,fairness and openness.From the view of adequately utilizing hydropower resources,optimizing allocation of resources and insisting on continual development strategy,this paper discusses several key problems of hydropower participating in electric power bidding,which can give a theoreticreference for the construction of electricity market.
