摘 要: 大规模定制生产模式是透视汽车企业竞争的新方法,它将识别并实现个性化客户的需求作为重点,同时不放弃效率、效力和低成本。它是关于汽车企业如何获得成功的一种新思维模式,该模式描述了汽车企业中目前正在发生的一切。为了缩小我国和发达国家的差距,我们必须选择一种巨大的变革力量———大规模定制生产模式。 Mass customization mode is the new method that sees through the automobile companies competition, it will identify and carry out the need of the characteristic customer, it do not give up the efficiency, effect and low cost in the meantime with low. It is a kind of new thinking mode concerning how the automobile companies achieve success; the mode described what the automobile companies are taking place. For contracting the margin of our country and developed coutries, we have to choose a kind of huge change strength - large - mass customization mode.
