新型农药噻虫嗪的水解与光解研究

摘  要: 通过实验,研究了噻虫嗪的水解与光解.实验结果表明,噻虫嗪在pH=7以下水解十分缓慢,在碱性条件下水解加速,表明噻虫嗪水解以碱催化为主;在碱性条件下水解速率随温度的升高而增加.噻虫嗪在甲醇溶剂中光解速率(t0.5=3.17 h)比在纯水中的光解速率(t0.5=5.99 h)快,而在丙酮中几乎不发生光解;光解速率随pH的升高而加快;温度对噻虫嗪在水中的光解速率影响不大,噻虫嗪的水解与光解皆符合一级反应动力学方程. The hydrolysis and photolysis of thiamethoxam were studied systematically. The experimental results showed that hydrolytic rate of thiamethoxam is very slow when the value of pH is below 7. However, the hydrolytic rate increased when pH 〉 7, which indicate a basic catalytic degradation. The hydrolytic rate of thiamethoxam rise as temperature was raised in basic condition. The photolytie rate of thiamethoxam in methanol (t0.5=3.17) is faster than that in water (t0.5=5.99), and it can almost not be degraded in acetone. Temperature has little effect on photolysis of thiamethoxam in water. The photolytic rate of thiamethoxam becomes faster as increase of thiamethoxam concentration in water. The hydrolysis and photolysis of thiamethoxam fit first-order kinetic.
