摘 要: 本试验研究日粮中可消化蛋氨酸水平对0~3周龄肉仔鸡生长性能、血清尿素氮含量及氮平衡的影响。结果表明,随着蛋氨酸水平的升高,肉鸡的平均日增重升高(P<0.01),料肉比降低(P<0.01),血清尿素氮含量下降(P<0.01)。0~3周龄期间,公鸡日粮蛋氨酸总需求参数为0.50%,表观可消化需求参数为0.42%,真可消化需求参数为0.46%;母鸡则分别为0.46%,0.38%,0.42%。继续增加蛋氨酸水平对肉鸡生长性能无显著效应(P<0.05)。 One trial was conducted to study the effect of digestible Met level in a hasal corn-soybean meal diet on growing performance,content of serum urea N and N equilibrium to broilers during 0~3 wk. The results showed that,with the increasing of Met level,the daily gain of broiler increased(P<0.01),feed:gain ratio decreased(P<0. 01),the content of serum urea N decreased(P<0.01 ).The total requirments of Met in diet was 0.50%,the apperance digestible requirments was 0.42%, and the real digestible requirments was0.46 %,0.38%and0.42%,respectively.
