摘　　要： 本试验研究日粮中可消化蛋氨酸水平对０～３周龄肉仔鸡生长性能、血清尿素氮含量及氮平衡的影响。结果表明，随着蛋氨酸水平的升高，肉鸡的平均日增重升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），料肉比降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），血清尿素氮含量下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）。０～３周龄期间，公鸡日粮蛋氨酸总需求参数为０．５０％，表观可消化需求参数为０．４２％，真可消化需求参数为０．４６％；母鸡则分别为０．４６％，０．３８％，０．４２％。继续增加蛋氨酸水平对肉鸡生长性能无显著效应（Ｐ＜０．０５）。 One trial was conducted to study the effect of digestible Met level in a hasal corn-soybean meal diet on growing performance,content of serum urea N and N equilibrium to broilers during 0～3 wk. The results showed that,with the increasing of Met level,the daily gain of broiler increased(P<0.01),feed:gain ratio decreased(P<0. 01),the content of serum urea N decreased(P<0.01 ).The total requirments of Met in diet was 0.50%,the apperance digestible requirments was 0.42%, and the real digestible requirments was0.46 %,0.38%and0.42%,respectively.
