摘　　要： 文章通过分析长江三角洲城市带产业同构现象和上海当前发展的机遇,借鉴城市带发展的国际经验,探讨了上海在长江三角洲城市带中的发展定位问题,得出结论:上海未来应以发展先进的制造业和服务业为主,通过科教创新,从形象和功能上打造知识型、创新型的大都市,与长江三角洲城市带其他城市共同和谐发展。 The paper analyzes the phenomenon of same industry structure in Yangtze Rive Delta and the development opportunities of Shanghai, uses the international megalopolis development experience for reference, discusses the problem of Shanghai development position in Yangtze Rive Delta, and comes into conclusion： Shanghai development should give priority to advanced manufacture and service industry and figure the model of knowledge and creativity metropolis from vision and function by scientific innovation in order to develop together with other cities harmoniously.
