摘　　要： 论述了社区治理以人为本的必要性。认为要建设和谐社区,社区治理过程则应突出人的主体性,考虑人需求的多样性,符合人需求的渐进性。社区规划要以人为中心,要重视社区文化建设,注重激发居民参与热情,努力推进社区居民自治,以居民的满意度为社区治理的评价标准。 This paper discusses the necessity of establishing people-centered community administration. To build up a harmonious community, it is believed that humans should be regarded as the subject for the governing of the community. Then the development and diversity of human＇s needs also should be taken into consideration. Community planning should be oriented to human beings. The construction of community culture should be emphasized, and the residents＇ enthusiasm should be encouraged. The criteria for successful community administration should be based on the level of the residents＇ satisfaction.
