摘 要: 用硅烷偶联剂A-171和天然橡胶胶乳(MGL-30)改性碱处理后的橡胶木粉。研究了木粉粒径、改性剂和木粉质量分数对橡胶木粉填充HDPE复合材料力学性能的影响,并对复合材料的断面形貌和木粉的表面结构进行了SEM分析。结果表明:木粉粒径、改性剂及木粉质量分数对复合材料力学性能有较大的影响。改性后木粉与基体HDPE的界面粘结强度提高,从而有效地提高了复合材料的力学性能。 The alkali treated rubber wood-flour was modified grafted natural rubber MGL-30. The effects of the particle size and by silane coupling agent A-171 and MMA filling content of the wood-flour and mass ratio of the modifiers on the mechanical properties of rubber wood-flour/HDPE composites were studied. The surface structure of the wood-flour of the composite was analyzed by scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the particle size and filling content of the wood-flour and mass ratio of the modifiers influenced the mechanical properties of composites markedly. The interfacial interaction between the modified wood-flour and HDPE matrix was increased,the mechanical properties of composites were enhanced effectually.
