摘　　要： 在分析业务功能的基础上,研究企业招标管理系统的安全体系,并提出具体的安全保障措施,从而实现安全身份认证、传输数据加密、数字签名、防篡改、时间戳、安全审计等应用功能. Based on an analysis of the business functions involved in the public bidding management system, a security system for public bidding was studied, and the guarantee measures for the security system were proposed to realize the ID confirmation, encryption of transaction data, digital signature, anti -falsification, time-stamp and security auditing.
