摘　　要： 为了使教练员制定的训练计划更加有效合理,让运动员更加乐于完成训练和竞赛任务,提高运动成绩,对广西壮族自治区优秀运动员职业特征现状进行了调查研究。结果表明,广西壮族自治区优秀运动员的职业特征各维度间具有显著相关性,不同性别、年龄、运动项目、运动等级、文化水平的优秀运动员在职业特征的不同维度上表现出一定的差异性。根据研究结果提出应针对优秀运动员的个体差异,制定合理的训练计划及安排不同的训练内容。 In order to make training plan more reasonable and let athlete take full of fun in training and competition, this paper makes investigation on current occupation character of elite athletes in Guangxi province. The result shows that there is significant correlation among each dimension of occupation characters. Some differences exit due to gender, age, sport event and cuhural level of elite athletes. According to research result, reasonable training plan and content should be made up based on individual difference of elite athlete.
