摘　　要： 随着我国高等教育规模的不断扩大,对高等教育进行系统分类管理势在必行。系统分类是系统自组织发展和人为管理的结果;是高等教育多样化发展的必然趋势;是促进高等教育健康发展的客观要求。开展高等教育系统分类管理研究有助于对我国高等教育进行分类评估、分类指导、分类管理,具有十分重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。 Along with the development of China＇s tertiary education on a large scale, it is inevetable to carry on the systematic classification management. The systematic classification is the result of the development and artificial management. It is the inevitable trend of diversification development of tertiary education. It is the objective request that promotes the tertiary-educationJdevelopment healthily. It is of very important realistic meaning and profound history meaning. To carry on the research of systematic classification management is beneficial to the systematic classification valuation, classification instruction, and classification management.
