摘 要: 本文通过对喜树碱等抗癌物质的作用机理研究、喜树细胞培养和毛状根培养的研究进展进行综述;阐明利用生物技术研究喜树及喜树碱是生物化工领域的崭新课题,也是前景广阔的课题,随着生物技术发展的日新月异,必将极大地推动喜树及喜树碱研究的发展进程。 This paper summarize the research on mechanism of Camptothecin and its series acting, which are anticancer drugs, techniques of tissue and cell cultureand and hairy root of Camptotheca acuminata. It suggested that is a new item of applying biotechnology in the Research on Camptotheca acuminata. It is also a item with great prospects. It must greatly drive the progress of research on Camptotheca acuminata with the developming of biotechnology.
