摘 要: 采用交流阻抗法研究了在3%NaCl溶液中BTA和MBT对铜电极的缓蚀行为。结果表明:二者均有缓蚀作用;浸泡15分钟时,在浓度低于20ppm时,BTA优于MBT;而在40ppm时MBT优于BTA。二者有显著的协同效应,最佳比率是20ppmBTA+20ppmMBT。 Impedance measurement of copper electrodes in 3% NaCl solutions (pH6) in which benzotriazole (BTA) and/or 2 mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT) were added.Corrision inhibition of copper after 15min,immersion is ameliorrated by BTA as compared with that by MBT in concentraions below 20ppm,and is more effective with MBT at concentration above 40ppm.A combination of BTA and MBT gives a synergistic effect,and the optimum radio with 40ppm inhibition is 20ppmBTA+20ppmMBT.
