摘 要: 对重组降血压肽基因工程菌细胞采用反复冻融法和超声波破碎法分别进行了破碎研究,并通过结晶紫染色镜检和亲和柱层析2种方法对所得细胞破碎效率进行了比较.结果表明,重组降血压肽基因工程菌最佳破碎方法为反复冻融7次,在此条件下,GST(谷胱甘肽转移酶)融合蛋白通过亲和层析柱后的吸附率可达80%以上.
