摘　　要： 在传统CTAB法的基础上加以改良，建立了一种适于白木香基因组DNA提取的方法．通过比较改良的CTAB法和试剂盒法，表明改良的CTAB法提取的白木香基因组DNA质量优于试剂盒法；使用改良的CTAB法提取的白木香基因组DNA OD250／OD280比值在1．8～2．0之间，DNA的得率约为172μg／100mg干叶．酶切试验表明，改良的CTAB法提取的DNA能被限制性内切酶完全酶切，可以用于下游研究．改良的CTAB法更适于白木香基因组DNA的提取． A modified CTAB method of genomic DNA extraction of Aquilaria sinensis （Lour.）Gilg was established based on the classic CTAB method. The comparison of modified CTAB method and Kit method showed that the quality of the genomic DNA extracted by the modified CTAB method was better than that of Kit method. The OD250/ 0D280 ratio of the genomic DNA extracted with modified CTAB method was between 1.8 and 2.0 and the DNA yield was about 172 ttg/100 mg dry leaf. The DNA extracted with the modified CTAB method could be digested completely by restriction endonuclease to be used for downstream studies.
