摘　　要： 文章在大量语料的基础之上,从字词含义、语法功能两个主要方面,对“作”与“做”用法的复杂特点作了深入的比较和分析,归纳总结出现代汉语中两者用法的具体规范内容,并为规范的实施制订了可行方案。这为现代汉语中其他类似规范,特别是异体字和异形词的处理问题,提供了一个分析实例。 Based on a large number of linguistic materials, this article makes a comparison of ＂zuo （作）＂＇ and ＂zuo （做）＂ from approaches of connotation and grammatical function. A plan for specification of the usages of the two words is presented after an in-depth analysis and comparison of the two words are made. Besides, the paper also serves as a case study of dealing with variants for Chinese characters or phrases.
