摘　　要： 本文基于个体层面的微观视角,运用在武汉的调查数据,分析了个人背景、反福利价值观、福利依赖等因素对失业者再就业的影响。研究发现,失业者的再就业行为和选择受到再就业福利、失业责任认知等因素的影响。再就业福利的获取(再就业培训等)有助于失业者寻找工作实现再就业;个人失业责任认知对失业者再就业的影响更多地体现为正面激励。我们发现,社会救助对失业者再就业行为的影响是不确定的,即是说调查数据不能肯定最低生活保障制度的建构产生福利依赖的现象。我们认为,鼓励再就业的制度设计更能有效帮助失业者再就业。 Based on survey findings from the Wuhan region, using a micro-level individual perspective, this paper is to examine whether or not factors such as welfare dependence, reemployment benefits, anti-welfarist values and belief of unemployment causation, affect reemployment of the unemployed. The authors find that reemployment behaviors are affected by reemployment benefits and belief of unemployment causation much more than welfare dependence. Empirical findings do not provide definite answer to the question of whether or not the poverty relief system in place nowadays has constrained reemployment of the unemployed. On this basis, it may be advisable to put more efforts on the design of reemployment system for facilitating reemployment of the unemployed.
