摘　　要： 分析了我国彩票业发展的现状,概述了我国彩票业的发展特色,比较了国外足球彩票业的基本情况以及管理模式,并从三个方面讨论了足球彩票的社会学意义,包括传播足球文化,促进社会主义精神文明建设;调节大众心理,促进社会良性循环;创造竞争机遇、保证机会平等传播。 The present situation and features of the sports lottery in China was analyzed and the basic situation and management modes of football lottery in China and abroad were compared. Sociological meanings of football lottery were discussed from aspects such as promoting football culture, help constructing socialist spiritual civilization, adjusting the mental state of the people, promoting benign cycle of the society, creating chances for competition and ensuring social equality etc.
