硅或钛取代AlPO-11分子筛的合成及表征

摘  要: 介绍了硅,钛取代AlPO-11分子筛SAPO-11、TAPO-11的合成方法,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重差热、氮气吸脱附等手段对合成的分子筛进行了表征,考察了晶化温度和原料比对分子筛合成的影响。结果表明,硅,钛取代AlPO-11分子筛能生成AEL结构的TAPO-11分子筛;SAPO-11与AlPO-11分子筛表观形貌相差不大,而TAPO-11分子筛表观形貌则与AlPO-11分子筛有很大不同;硅,钛取代后分子筛的孔道半径及其孔容有所改变;3种分子筛都具有较好的热稳定性。 The synthesis methods of A1PO-11, SAPO-11 and TAPO-11 molecular sieves substituted by Si or Ti were proposed. The molecular sieves were characterized by the techniques of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermo-gravimetric/differential thermal analysis (TG/IYFA) and N2-adsorption. The effects of ratio of Si/Al, Ti/ Al and crystallization temperature on synthesis of molecular sieves were discussed. The XRD results show that SAPO and TAPE) molecular sieves with AEL structure can be obtained. The SEM results show that there is a great difference between the shapes of A1PO-11 and TAPO-11, and no great difference between the shapes of A1PO-11 and SAPO-11. The BET results show that the pore diameters and pore volumes are influenced by the incorporation of Si or Ti. It also shows that A1PO-11, SAPO-11 and TAPO-11 molecular sieves have good thermal stability.
