摘 要: 建立了具有柔性人力资源约束的作业车间模型,并进行了计算机仿真。仿真结果表明,全柔性资源能够显著提高作业车间系统绩效;部分柔性资源在某种资源分配规则下有可能提高系统绩效,起到全柔性资源的效果,但也有可能降低系统绩效;不同人力资源柔性配置与系统绩效之间是环境依赖的关系;作业到达时间的紧迫性、到达作业类型的不确定性以及作业加工时间对资源数量的依赖性等都会影响具有不同柔性人力资源约束的作业车间系统绩效。 A model on the work shop scheduling constrained with flexible human resource was put forward with simulation in this research. Computational results indicated that fully flexible resources contributed greatly toward improvements in system performance. Partial flexible resources can realize parts of the benefits attributable to full flexibility under certain resource assignment rule. The connection between different human resource flexibility assignment and system performance was environment dependent. Some factors as the urgency of job coming, the uncertainty of job type and the dependency on resource capacity of job process time had a strong impact on the system performance of job shop with different flexible human resource.
