摘　　要： 构建社会主义和谐社会,是我们党从全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的全局出发提出的一项重大任务。文章试以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,结合高校文化建设现状浅谈如何提高高校建设社会主义先进文化的能力。 To build up harmonious society,is a very important assignment of our Party from an all-round way to build a Well-Off.Society and create a new situation in building socialism with Chinese charaeteristics.The paper tries to discuss how to elevate the ability of building superior socialist cuture in university combining with the phenomenon of university culture based on ＂Three Represents＂.
