摘　　要： 随着时代的发展,越来越多的企业了解到知识的重要性。如何能更好的共享企业内部的知识,使得企业的员工能更好的发挥他们的优势为企业创造效益越来越多的为更多的企业所关注。为了实现这一点,我们在构建知识社群实现知识共享的同时,提出该系统的用户模型的表示和更新,以实现在向用户推荐合适信息、为用户服务的同时为企业提供该员工的综合评价,并利用相关反馈,追踪和更新用户模型,提高服务的效率。 With the times gone, more and more corporation have known the importance of knowledge. It has been pay attention by more and more corporation that how to share the knowledge of corporation better and how to make the employees exert themselves to help corporation for more benefit. In order to realize it, we bring forward the express and update of user profile while constructed knowledge Communities to realize communication, it can offered employee＇ s integrated score to corporation while it recommended fit information to user so as to server for user. It also uses correlation feedback to trace and update user profile so as to improving the efficiency of services.
