摘 要: 主要从汽车企业知识管理的集成模型、知识密集型业务的处理模型、业务过程与知识集成等方面对知识与业务的集成进行讨论与研究。并阐述了某汽车零部件制造企业基于知识集成的过程管理系统。 The integration of knowledge with business is discussed and analyzed from the aspects of integrated model for knowledge management ( KM), processing model for knowledge-intensive business, and integration of knowledge with business process in automotive enterprises. A case study on knowledge-integration-based process management system in a specific auto-parts manufacturing enterprise is illustrated.
