摘　　要： 供应链协同决策在供应链管理中发挥重要作用,直接影响供应链的运作水平。通过对供应链协同决策特征的描述,提出了供应链协同决策内容、协同决策信息的建模过程和组织模式,由此分析了Web服务在构建供应链协同决策支持系统中的技术优势。 The collaborative decision of supply chain plays important role in SCM, which affects directly operational levels of supply chain. Through describing characteristics of collaborative decision in supply chain, this paper puts forward contents of collaborative decision, and its organizational patterns as well as modeling process of decision information. From these, this paper analyses technical advantages of Web service for developing collaborative decision support system of supply chain.
