摘 要: 1999-2005年间,在珠江口收集到了189尾中华多椎虎鱼的仔稚鱼,获得了各个不同发育阶段的个体,采用动态追踪法进行鉴定。其鉴别特征为:仔鱼期鱼体细长,消化道长,肛前长占体长的三分之二强,腹腔上方有一椭圆形鳔泡,肌节数52-53(30-32+20-22),全身仅在尾部下方有一黑色素斑。稚鱼期鳍条数已定,可根据背、臀鳍的位置和鳍条数以及肌节数鉴定。在发育过程中,仔鱼体长由5.0mm到10.0mm的阶段,体型发生了一定变化,肛前长与体长的比例由0.78倍缩小到0.68倍,第2背鳍与臀鳍基长的比例由2.60倍缩小到1.86倍,此后处于稳定的状态。稚鱼体长达21.0mm时头部开始变态,吻部及眼睑的皮质增厚,前鼻孔突出,至体长26.0mm时形成鼻管,眼睛出现一定程度的退化,眼径变小。中华多椎虎鱼仔稚鱼出现于5、8、9和11月份,分布于珠江口西侧河道的出海口。对该种形态特征与相似种的区别及产卵期进行了讨论。 A total of 189 larvae and juveniles of Polyspondylogobius sinensis were collected from the Pearl River estuary from 1999 to 2005, which belonged to various development stages and were identified by "dynamic approach". The diagnostic characters are: in larvae stage, a long body, a long digest tube with pre-anus length account over two third for body length, a elliptic bladder on abdomen, myotomes 52 - 53 (30 - 32 + 20 - 22), only a little blot of black pigment at bottom of stern. In juvenile stage, numbers of rays have been fixed, and specimen can be identified according to the fin position and numbers of rays and myotomes. During the early development, bodily form takes changes at the stage of larvae with standard length from 5.0 mm to 10.0 mm by the scale of pre-anus length to body length decreasing from 0.78 to 0.68, the scale of the 2nd dorsal fin base length to anus fin base length decreasing from 2.60 to 1.86, and after this, the scales are stable. At the stage of juvenile with 21.0 mm body length, the head begin to metamorphose with skinniness incrassation on rostra and lid, anterior nostril protrusion and a developed nostril tube at stage of 26.0 mm body length, eyes degeneration in some extent and eye diameter decrease. Larvae and juveniles of Polyspondylogobius sinensis appear in May, August, September and November, distribute in the way-out of the river branches in west side of the estuary.
