摘 要: 在开发热湿舒适性氨纶添纱针织面料时,为了控制纬编添纱编织中的地纱露底问题,根据新型添纱编织原理,研制了一种适用于大筒径单面圆纬机的新型三孔添纱导纱器,它使地纱的垫纱横角大于面纱的垫纱横角,地纱的垫纱纵角小于面纱的垫纱纵角,中间层纱的垫纱位置居中。介绍了该导纱器的前后、高低和左右三个安装位置,并通过对三种垫纱位置下纱线显露关系的分析,确定了最佳的垫纱纵、横角。由实验得出新型三孔添纱导纱器可有效避免地纱的露底问题。 The ground yarn undercasing problem in kitting of weft plated fabric should be properly controlled in case of developing thermo-hydro comfortable polyurethane plated fabrics. According to the novel plated knitting principle, this paper develops one type of novel three-hole plating feeder suitable for the large diameter single circular weft knitting machine, which ensures that the lateral angel of the ground yarn laying is larger than the that of the face yarn laying, the lengthwise angle of the ground yarn laying is smaller than that of the face yarn laying and the laying of the middle layer is in the middle. This paper introduces the three mounting positions, i.e., front and back, higher and lower, and left and right, of this kind of yarn feeder, and determines the best lateral angel and lengthwise angle of the ground yarn laying through an analysis on the hidden and shown status of the yarns under the condition of different thread laying positions. It can be concluded that this three-hole plating feeder can effectively eliminate the undercasing problem.
