摘　　要： 本文通过比较电子图书与传统图书，阐述了电子图书的定义、特点与优势，从国内电子图书资源、阅读器、电子图书对出版发行与图书馆的影响几个方面分析了我国电子图书的发展现状，并在此基础上讨论了电子图书存在的一些问题、相应的对策以及电子图书未来的发展方向。 By Comparing the electronic book and the traditional paper book, this article expounds the definition, characteristics and the advantages of electronic book, analyzes the present situation about the electronic book resources, readers and the effects to the book Publication and library, Then, it discusses some existing problems and the development trend of electronic book.
