摘 要: 综述了近年来电化学过渡金属氧化物电极材料电容器制备方法、讨论了这些方法的优缺点。通过对这些方法的比较,指出溶胶凝胶法最适合制备具有准电容特征的电化学电容器金属氧化物电极材料。 In this paper, the preparation methods, research status of transition metal oxide (nitride) and its hydrous oxide applied to electrochemical capacitors (EC) in recent years are reviewed, and the pros and cons of these methods are also discussed. These methods can be classified into three kinds: liquids phase methods including sol-gel, thermal decomposition, and coprecipitation, gas phase methods including electrostatic spray deposition (ESD), chemical vapor deposition (CVD), and solid phase methods including low temperature solid phase and high energy ball milling .It is showed that the sol-gel is the most appropriate for the preparation of metal oxide electrode material for EC with Pseduocapacitance behaviors by comparison in principles, application fields of various methods mentioned above and electrochemical characteristics of the electrode materials prepared by these methods.
