摘　　要： 计算机控制三色曝光机的伺服系统,同时驱动x、y、z三轴的运动,为了实现精确的曝光,对每根轴的运动要求不同,各轴的控制规律也不一样。针对每根轴的运行情况,给出了它的比例、积分、微分控制(PID)规律,使三轴的运动既能快速响应,又能精确定位。 The servo system of 3-in-1 Light-House is computerized, which can drive, three axes at the same time. For the precise exposed demand, each axis moves and regulates differently. To find out its proportion, integration and regularity of PID according to each axis moving stedus can make the axes run fast and position precisely.
