摘 要: 研究了从新鲜猪皮中提取胶原蛋白粉的制备工艺,结合傅立叶变换红外光谱对提取胶原蛋白的结构进行鉴定以及采用高效液相色谱对胶原蛋白的氨基酸组成进行分析,并概述了胶原蛋白粉在饲料行业的应用前景。 The technology for preparation of collagen feed flour from fresh pig skin was studied, and the structure of collagen prepared was appraised by means of Fourier transform infrared spectrometry and the composition of amino acids in collagen was analyzed by means of high performance liquid chromatography. The prospect of application of teed collagen flour in feed industry was summarized as well.
